Support through the ethics process
An Ethics Advocate is a trained REALTOR® volunteer who can help a party understand procedures, organize information and prepare for a disciplinary hearing. Advocates do not serve as attorneys and do not guarantee an outcome.
Advocates may assist with
- Understanding procedural steps and deadlines.
- Organizing exhibits and witness information.
- Preparing a clear presentation of the complaint or response.
- Participating in the hearing process when permitted.
Requesting an advocate
Contact PWR Professional Standards after a formal complaint has been accepted or when staff advises that advocate assistance is available.
